Veridooh Pty Ltd (VERIDOOH, we, us, or our, as applicable) has a strong commitment to protect and respect the privacy of its visitors and users. 2.1 (Non-PII) VERIDOOH may collect Non-PII from visitors to the Website. This information may be used to monitor usage of the Website, conduct administration and troubleshooting, and assist in improvements to Website. VERIDOOH may customize the content the visitor receives in future visits to the Website based on such visitor’s preferences and activities as determined based upon such Non-PII.
2.2 (Registration Data or Account Data) If you register to use the Website as a customer of the Services (e.g., as an agency, advertiser or publisher customer), VERIDOOH may request and store PII you provide, such as your name, email address, company name, username, telephone number and address (collectively, Registration Data). Following your registration, you may use the Website to setup your account, view reports and/or manage or view advertising campaigns. VERIDOOH may collect information about the manner of your use of the Website, including session length, IP Address, time of usage, viewed pages and files, and other information regarding your use of the Website (collectively with Registration Data, the Account Data). VERIDOOH may use and retain Account Data in order to provide the Website and Services to you, manage and maintain the account, personalize user experience, conduct internal analysis, perform billing, invoicing and payment functions in connection with your account, send Services-related information, alerts and promotional messages to you, and maintain and improve the performance of the Website and Services.
2.3 (Non-PII and Account Data) Non-PII may be combined with a visitor’s Account Data once the visitor has registered for or subsequently logged into the Website. The combined data is used to provide, monitor and assist in improvements to the Services and the Website, and to customize content displayed to you on the Website. Non-PII data, Account Data, Registration Data, and combined data collected from the Website is not sold or rented to third parties. Google Analytics does not provide VERIDOOH with any PII, and VERIDOOH does not upload any PII or data that permanently identifies a particular device (such as a unique device identifier if such an identifier cannot be reset) to Google Analytics. Website cookies
3.1 The Website may use cookies to enhance user experience and to collect Non-PII. Visitor’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. 6.2 VERIDOOH do not sell, trade, or rent visitor PII to others. We may share Non-PII or information with these third party service providers, but only to the extent necessary to perform such functions and services, and only pursuant to obligations on such third party service providers that are consistent with this Policy.

7.1 We may disclose information to third parties if we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets or if VERIDOOH or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case information held by VERIDOOH will be one of the transferred assets.

Children's policy
11.1 Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. The Website and the Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and children under the age of 13 are ineligible to register for an account on the Website. VERIDOOH will never knowingly accept or solicit PII from a visitor under the age of 13, and will delete accounts that it believes to be in violation of this restriction. If you become aware that a child under the age of 13 has registered to use the Website or has provided PII to VERIDOOH, please contact VERIDOOH at support@veridooh.com, so that VERIDOOH can confirm and take appropriate steps to remove such account and delete the information.

Consent to the transfer of information
12.1 The Website and the Services are operated in Australia. VERIDOOH is an international business and so use of information provided by visitors and users necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Your personality identifiable information
13.1 You can access and request correction of any PII concerning you at any time. If you do not consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your PII as outlined in this policy, please do not provide any PII to us. If you have provided PII to us and cease to consent to its use or disclosure as outlined herein, you may request that we delete your PII by contacting us at support@veridooh.com.
13.2 Please note that there are some exceptions to your right to gain access to your information, including (but not limited to) where:
(a) providing access would have an unreasonable impact upon the privacy of other individuals; or
(b) the request for access is frivolous or vexatious; or
(c) the information relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings between you and us, and the information would not be accessible by the process of discovery in those proceedings; or
(d) providing access would be unlawful.
13.3 VERIDOOH may charge a fee for reasonable costs incurred in providing such access, and will advise of the amount of the fee before access is provided.
